TERMS OF SERVICE

What I Will/Won't draw

Will draw:
- Original Characters
- Fanart
- Ship art
- Furries
- MLP
- Light Gore
- NSFW (requires ID)

Won't draw:
- Mecha
- Complex backgrounds
- Extreme Gore
- Hardcore NSFW (not yet)
- Immoral content
- Anything that I am uncomfortable with

Payment Method

• My payment is done through PayPal invoice.
• I require full payment upfront, after which I will begin working on your commission.

Commission Process

• My TAT estimate can range from 2 weeks up to 4 months. I will update you beforehand if it takes any longer than that.
If you wish to place a deadline to your commission, we can discuss it so that I can organize myself accordingly.• After the sketch is done, I will send it to you for approval. You may only ask for major changes up to two times. After that, you will be required to pay an additional +30% fee for any ulterior major change.
(For ex. completely changing a character's pose.)• Once the sketch has been approved, I may contact you personally to provide periodical updates. The client may also contact me to ask for updates, but please don't be excessive about it.• Once the commission is done, I will send it to you through E-mail or Discord.

Refunds

• If I decide I cannot complete the commission for any reason, you will be given a full refund.•If you ask for a refund and I hadn't started your commission, you will receive a full refund.• If you ask for a refund after I've begun working on your commission, but the sketch has not been approved yet, you will receive a partial refund.• I will NOT be giving any refunds after the sketch has been approved.• I will NOT be giving any refunds if your commission piece has been completed.

Seller/Buyer Rights

• Communication will be through DMs, in written text.• By commissioning me, you are paying for a digital product, no physical items will be sent out.• If you are the buyer, you may post/use the finished commission as long as it is properly credited.• I reserve the rights to display your commission to my portfolio and/or to my social medias. The commission can be kept private if you let me know ahead of time, but it may come with a privacy fee.• I reserve the right to decline any commission I'm not comfortable working on, for any reason.• You may NOT use my work to train AI, or alter it using AI.• You may NOT use my work for NFTs, or anything related to crypto currency.• You may NOT claim my work as your own, trace, recolour/redraw, or redistribute my work for profit.• You may NOT use or repost someone else's commission piece without my and the buyer's permission. If you receive permission, you must use/post with credit.• Your commission piece is NOT for commercial use unless previously discussed. This comes with an additional fee, at a minimum of double the price.• I may accept requests if you don't have visual references of the character you want me to draw, but it'll come at an extra cost depending on the complexity of the character.
